Shipping and Returns Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Handling
Shipping in the United States

The size, weight and value of your order, and location that your order will be shipped must be calculated before your shipping and handling costs can be given. Once all information is calculated your shipping and handling charge will be added to your invoice or credit card. You will have a choice in your shipping method at the time your order is processed.

In the near future you will have the option to give us your FedEx or UPS account to use for shipping your order. Please note that there will be a $10.00 fee for using your shipping account.

If you don't use your FedEx or UPS shipping account for your order, the total amount of shipping and handling will be added to your order and billed to your credit card or invoice. Due to the fact that each order comes in various shapes, sizes and weights, there are no standard shipping prices, however in most of the cases shipping charges should not exceed the following amounts if they are shipped via UPS Ground:

$0.00–99.99: $18.60
$100.00–$500.00: 9%
$500.01 & over: 8%


Please note that large items are packaged in oversized boxes or some items have greater than normal weight, these items carry a higher shipping and handling charge.

Order Processing
Your order is processed on the next business day after your order is confirmed. If there are not any delays this will be the 1st day of production for your order. Delays might be but are not limited to: payment, artwork, and/or scheduling conflicts.

All orders are pre-pay with a credit card unless other payment arrangements are made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards as well as checks. If your bank or credit card company denies payment your order will be put on hold. The production of your order will not begin until payment has been received and cleared.

We will contact you if there are any delays with your order.

All orders are scheduled into a work chart for production. The production schedule for your order is determined by several factors and a due date for your order must be determined before your order can be processed and production can begin. This is primarily necessary for larger orders and very rarely will affect a small order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production of your order. The size of your order will effect the production time please keep this in mind when planning an event.

Return Policy
All of our handcrafted or engraved products are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Each piece created does not leave our studio unless meeting our strict standards. If a defect in craftsmanship is found, upon receipt of the product you must make us aware within 24 hours of receipt for repair or replacement authorization. No refunds are given since orders are custom. You must understand that we are unable to resell apiece if it has your company or loved ones name on it.

All custom work or pieces that have been personalized are not returnable for refund for any reason. Custom or engraved pieces are warranted against defects in craftsmanship only. Gianni Designs Inc. is a small company. Each piece that goes out is inspected for defects before it leaves our hands. No piece that has a defect will be shipped to our clients. If for some reason a piece is sent to you that is defective in craftsmanship Gianni designs Inc. will replace or repair that item at no additional charge. Gianni Designs Inc. is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned products or pieces. If a defect is found in the craftsmanship of a piece Gianni Designs Inc. must be made aware of this defect in writing within 24 hours of receipt of piece or products for repair or replacement to be honored. Once Gianni Designs Inc. receives written notice of the defect in craftsmanship we will review claim, make determination and contact you with instructions and the Return Authorization Number. Some pieces or products carry warranties on mechanical parts if the piece is warranted it will be stated in the description of that piece and only then warranted agaigenst mechanical defects. No warranties exist on any product, piece or service represented by Gianni Designs Inc. in this site or elsewhere unless stated by Gianni Designs Inc. in the product or service description.

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from Gianni Design Inc. For questions about returning merchandise call Mark Gianni at (267) 738-6011, he will be able to help you. Only the return of defective merchandise will be accepted. No returns can be made without a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

If a return is authorized by Gianni Designs Inc:
  1. Return the item to the address given to you by Mark Gianni.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with any carrier should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach us.

Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Defects in Craftsmanship and Manufacturer's Defects:
If a product or piece appears to have a defect, you must call us immediately for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a defect in the workmanship or mechanics of the piece, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Natural Material Disclaimer:
All natural materials have differences in appearance from one piece to another. Although we use the best of materials we cannot guarantee that the grain, color, or consistency of the materials will be identical to what you see in a picture. Warranty claims because of these differences will not be honored.
